The boom-type mold laser welding machine is a new type of welding processing method, mainly for the welding of precision parts of thin-walled materials. It can realize butt welding, sealing welding, spot welding, overlap welding, etc., with small weld width and high aspect ratio. 1. Flexible adjustment of welding angle position in 10 directions, suitable for repair welding of various molds. For large molds, mold welding can be performed directly on the ground or on a forklift without a workbench.
2. With high-power split chiller and high-power laser cavity, the stability is better during long-time and high-power welding.
3. The base of the worktable is raised and lowered electrically, and the worktable is moved using precision ball screws and high-precision straight guide rails, which are light and flexible, and the positioning is accurate.
4. The laser head can be slid back and forth, manually raised and lowered, and the laser head can be easily rotated 360 degrees to facilitate repair welding on any side.
Observation system: equipped with a stereo microscope with a cross cursor, the welding position is magnified 10 times, (optional 15×, 20×). The center of the cross cursor is aligned with the center of the laser spot. Equipped with a high-speed liquid crystal light valve filter protection device to protect the welder’s eyes from fatigue due to laser flicker.
Control system: industrial micro-controller has real control, high stability and easy maintenance.
Gas protection system: automatic synchronization argon protection system to ensure that the repair welding part will not oxidize and change color.
Three-dimensional worktable: stroke 130mm×100mm×300mm. The workpiece can be moved precisely, the load can be up to 200 kg, and the Z-axis manual lift (standard configuration). Users can choose the welding system of over 1 ton extra large mould.
It is specially designed for laser repair welding of large molds, such as automobile molds, chassis molds, tire molds, household appliances plastic shell molds and other large plastic and die-casting molds. The boom system equipped with this machine can lift up and down, rotate 360 degrees, and can repair large molds with a radius of 1.5 meters and a weight of several tons. The equipment is equipped with pulleys and is convenient to move. It can be moved to the injection molding machine for direct repair welding. No need to dismantle the mold. It can be repaired and of course also suitable for small and medium-sized mold repairs.
